YESYESYESYES!

2 nights ago...was one of the best days of my life! and even though i'm super busy now, i have to blog it down, cos it's 100% worth it:D

Starry Hope concert on 24 August 2009, sadly, our 2nd last concert with sec4'09 D:
sad sad *cries* i'll really miss them, their craziness and pro-ness!

so on that monday morning, had LOA for the whole day! woohoo! so missed all my lessons and just DANCE! WOOTS! had council GM in the morning + council farewell party for sec4 seniors:D all went well! yay!

then had prac in the rooftop hall and lao shi was shock that we skipped lessons just for this performance, haha and she said we "为艺术牺牲!" the exact same few lines she said when we had to cut our hair:D i <3 this quote now! hahas cos it's because of this i don't mind having 10 over bruises on my knees or having to skip lunch:) hahas but in this case, we're sorta not sacrificing, since we're 100% willing to MISS lessons!and nt a big sacrifice! hehehee:D:D

so lalalla prac prac prac! then went down to audi backstage to wait for our turn for rehearsals. had to wait for like 1 hr plus because the performing troupes from china were practising and they had 18 items! hahas practically they own the whole concert, nygh modern and chinese dance are just guest performers i guess. anw, so ran to the canteen in my black jacket(the super coool one!) hahas and other ppl were like "woah O.O" wide-eyed, jaws dropped, practically. hahas someone said she was SHOCK! hahas cos we ran super fast pass her, then in black, so like batman or something! hahahah:P so hilarious. and ppl say we're shuai! hehe maybe if i were a guy, they'll probably fall in love with me or something..haha jkjk!

hmm after rehearsals, went to dance studio(yay!) for make-up and prac! hahas and guess what, this is the fist ever performance i didnt put a single make up! hahas seriously! not even foundation! hehe cos we're the terrorist with black stockings! hahas so cant see anything when we put it over our heads!(but i look super bleah!>.< according to many many ppl..D: hahas i agree too! i guess my face is not suited to be stuck into stockings!

in the dance studio: we played our safri duo prelude music! the best music ever, which sounds better the more you hear it! it's super addictive! and it sticks in your head even when you're not listening to it! hahas like in the toilet, all of a sudden, i started humming the tune!

TERRORIST! hehe sec2s were terrorist and the sec3 and 4s were students who become crazy terrorist later on! hehe with Jody the only sane student around! :D

had a super high time at the dance studio! kept practising, then later on random dancing then practise again:D hahas we even had our "secret" meeting place in the dance studio now..hehe then costumes room! where we can 静下心来:) later on, we switched off the lights and played the music, while thinking about the steps in our head, as a whole nymd, just like syf. then, kelly made this super touching speech. though she couldnt perform with us, she didnt mind being backstage crew helper...and i really felt her care and concern and her love for nymd. which really touhed me, and made me cry. Kelly, will always be a very memorable and respected president(: forever and ever in my heart. i know this sounds cliche, but it is true...(:

and then, it was SHOWTIME! had a great performance! seriously, we put in our 200% of our effort into it, and seriously FULL out to the MAX MAX:D ignored all my bruises and just DANCE! i could feel it, everyone, putting their hearts into this(: a wonderful experience! we were super into it! though, sadly, in the end, there was a chair which someone forgot to take, kelly said it didnt ruin the performance and she didnt notice it till the very end. so i guess it's ok(: yay!

final curtain call was long, but quite fun too. was kneeling next to hao qing at the very first row..hahas and the because we were at the very corner and our costumes were black, the photographer said we were"两个黑黑的看不到“ hahas considering that all the other items had super colourful costumes, and suddenly pop our 2 black ppl at the side. hehe quite odd but funny. and omgosh, they caught us in the vidoe>.< hahas hao qing and i were fake singing, and it was quite fake in the video! ahhas what can you expect? we have no idea how to sing the song! and luckily the jermaine in the video doesnt look like me at all! hahaha! :D

wow, this post is SUPER long...i guess you probably didnt read until here...hehe but it's okay, at least i get this blogged now, so i can always rmb this vividly:) a night to rmb! hahas that day was super tiring, dancing from morning to night, but it was FUN and worth it! i want it again! can't wait for the video! i want to watch watch watch! hahas and guess what, the next day, we were given permission by kind mr chow to go to sch 1hr later! hehe cos we only ended concert at around 10.30, quite late! hehee then next day had batch breakfast at Kap! WOOTS!

sigh, shall go back to mr poetry now..byebye!:D
